Richard D. Brodhead, 72, of Stephens Street, Palmer Township, died Sunday, Sept. 6, in Easton Hospital. He was the husband of Dorothy (Habrial) Brodhead. They were married for 50 years last October.
He worked in the maintenance department of Maier's Bakery, Wilson, for 25 years before retiring in 1987.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Harry and Erma (Laubach) Brodhead.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Phillipsburg.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors: Wife; daughter, **** of Wilson; son, *****, and brothers, Charles and Edward, all of Palmer Township, three grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton streets, Easton. Call 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday. |
