Charles W. Altemus
Charles Walter Altemus, 64, of 1422 Ferry St. died yesterday
at the Causa Convalescent Home where he was a guest since July
9.
Born July 4, 1906, in New York City, he was a son of the late
Charles and Ida Stocker Altemus.
Mr. Altemus was a retired employee of the filtration department
of the Easton Bureau of Water. He retired in 1967.
He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Easton.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. ***** and Mrs.
*****, both of Easton; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Plummer,
Easton, and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Morello,
Funeral Home, Easton. Interment will be in Northampton memorial
Shrine. |
