Mrs. George Hutchison
Mrs. Martha G. Hutchinson, 69, Harmony, Phillipsburg R.D. 2 died yesterday
in Warren Hospital shorty after admission.
Born in Straw Church, Phillipsburg R.D., she was a daughter of the
late Franklyn S and Emily J Higgins Nixon.
Mrs. Hutchison was a member of Wesley Methodist Church, Delaware Chapter
50, Order of Eastern Star; Siloam Shrine 13, White Shrine of Jerusalem;
Order of the Amaranth, Lafayette Court 133, and Ladies Auxiliary of
DeMolay Commandery 6.
She and her husband, George R. Hutchison celebrated their 51st wedding
anniversary last May 26.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert M. Parvin, Alpha, ; three
sons, Franklyn B., Freemansburg; Elmer N., Phillipsburg, and James
D., Harmony; a brother, Franklyn A Nixon, Whitehouse, NJ; 14 grandchildren
and 17 great-grandchildren.
Two sons, Robert and Donald, died before her.
