Lawrence J. Holland Jr.
Lawrence J. “Amby” Holland died Tuesday in the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. Hawaii.
Born in lower Mount Bethel Township, he was a son of the late Lawrence J. and Rosabell Fritz Holland.
He had been a custodian at the Centerfield School, Martins Creek, retiring many years ago.
Mr. Holland was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Honolulu, and the Phillipsburg, Warren county and Honolulu Disabled Veterans Groups. He as a Navy veteran of World War II.
Surviving are a brother, Vernon C. Holland of Fredrick, Md., and several nieces and nephews.
Gravesides services will held Monday at the Punch Bowl National Cemetery in Honolulu.
