Mr. Young was a member of the Wesley Methodist Episcopal Church, Belfast; a member of the Sunday school association; a member of the home department of the Sunday school, and treasurer of the church for thirty years. He resigned that office last December due to ill health. His wife, Mrs. Rebecca young preceded him in death seven years ago.
Besides his daughter, Mrs. Clarence Werkheiser, he is survived by one brother, Lewis Young, of Pen Argyl; one step-brother, Frank Young, of Battle Creek, Mich., and four grandchildren.
