Mrs. Paul N. Snyder
Mrs. Laura B. Snyder, 62, of 2363 Huntington Street, Bethlehem, formerly of 363 Main Street, Tatamy, died Tuesday in Easton Hospital, where she was admitted June 23.
Employed as a van driver for special education students in the Nazareth Area School District, she retired in 1957. Prior to that she had been a packer for the former Kraemer Hosiery Mills, Nazareth, and a store clerk at the Canister Co., Phillipsburg, during World War II.
Born in Forks Township, she was a daughter of the late Stewart & Annie Shimer Young.
Mrs. Snyder was a life member of the Tatamy Fire Co. Auxiliary. He husband Paul N. "Poodles" Snyder, died May 5, 1977.
Surviving are 2 sons; ****, with whom she resided, and **** of Nazareth; a brother, Clarence Young, Easton; 4 sisters, Mrs. Mae Uhler, East Bangor; Mrs. Horace Reagan, Belfast; Mrs. Nellie Liske, Radcliff, Ky. and Mrs. Helen DeReamus, Tatamy; and 2 grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Schmidt Mortuary, Nazareth. Interment will be in Forks Church Cemetery, Forks Township
