George J. Young
George J. Young, 84, Nazareth R. D. 2, Bushkill Township, died Saturday in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill.
Mr. Young was a retired farmer. He formerly operated a farm in Bushkill Township. For the last 4 ½ years, he resided at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Sandt.
Born in Bushkill Township, he was a son of the late Valentine and Susanna Gold Young. His wife, the former Sarah Reese, died in 1948.
He was a member of Jehovah Lutheran Church, Bushkill Center.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Floyd Cressman and Mrs. John Buzzard, and a brother, Francis, all of Belfast, Nazareth r. D. 3.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Schmidt Mortuary, Nazareth. |
