Mrs. Garret Blaine
Mrs. Pearl I. Blaine, 72, of 622 Market St., Bangor, died this
morning in St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill.
Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Martin
and Bertha Rasely Williams.
She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ,
Bangor.
Survivors include her husband, Garret Hobart Blaine; three
daughters, Mrs. Amelia Shook, Pen Argyl R. D.1. *****, Las
Vegas, Nev., and ****, Stockertown, with
whom she resided the last six months; a brother, Marvin Williams
Sr., Bangor R.D1; a sister, Mrs. Jessie Riker, Brooklyn, N.Y.;
11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Hutchinson
Funeral Home, Martins Creek. Interment will be in Free Union
Cemetery, Great Meadows
