County with his wife son Oscar, daughters, Ada and Debbie
Seigfried. The census indicated that Emmanuel and Diane
had 7 children, 6 living in 1900.

(Springtown) Emanuel Wilhelm, widely known as a “pow-wow doctor” died early Tuesday morning at his home near this place after a brief illness of pneumonia. Deceased was aged about 66 years. Interment will be made this Saturday forenoon at the Old Williams Church. Four daughters and two sons survive, his wife nee Diana Grube having preceded him to the grave several years ago. Deceased was widely known as an affable and courteous gentleman.

(Doylestown) Emanuel Wilhelm residing about a mile north of Springtown and widely known as a pow-wow doctor died suddenly Tuesday morning, May 8th, at 3 o’clock of pneumonia after having been stricken a short time ago. He was born in Raubsville, January 13, 1840, and was married to Diane Grube who preceded him to the grave about 3 years ago. He resided in the Springtown area about 32 years. The following children survive: Charles, Oscar and Ada at home, Mrs. Sallie Fabian of near Bursonville, Mrs. Katie Robinson of Greenville, NY, and Mrs. Debbie Siegfried of Easton.

Mrs. Emanuel Wilhelm
Diana, wife of Emanuel Wilhelm, died at her home near Springton,
Bucks County, on Wednesday, at 3:30 a.m. of a complication
of diseases, aged fity-four years and eight days. She is surived
by her husband, Emanuel Wilhelm, two sons, and four duaghters,
Mrs. Kate Kern, of Easton; Mrs. Harvey Fabian, of Stouts, Mrs.
Ed Siegfried, of Easton; Ada, at home Charles of Wind Gap;
Oscar at home, also thee brothers and two sisters, and four
grandchldren. The funeral services will be held at the Old
Williams Township church, on March 23, at 9 o'clock at the
house. Interment at the Old Williams cemetery.
