ROBERT P. WIEDER
Robert P. "Bob" Wieder, 64, of 14 Babcock Lane, Willingboro,
N.J., formerly of Easton, died Sunday in Elsmore Veterans Administration
Medical Center, Wilmington, Del. He was the husband of Gladys
Green (Romanske) Wieder.
He was a nurseryman for Mount Laurel (N.J.) Gardens for the
past three years. Before that he was a letter carrier for the
U.S. Postal Service for 20 years before retiring in 1985.
A Navy veteran of 20 years, he served in World War II and
Korea and retired as a senior chief petty officer.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Michael P. and Elizabeth
(Cyphers) Wieder.
He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Willingboro.
Survivors: Wife; son, and
a sister, Maida Loftus of Easton.
Services: 9 p.m. Wednesday, Goes Funeral Home, 212 Levitt
Parkway, Willingboro; graveside services noon Thursday, Riegelsville
Union Cemetery. Call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. |
