Steward D. Wetzel -- married 45 years
Steward D. "Nip" Wetzel, 69, of West Easton died Thursday, Nov. 15, in Lehigh Valley Hospital-Allentown. He was a custodian for James River in Forks Township, retiring in 1987.
Born July 30, 1932, in Easton, he was a son of the late Homer Jr. and Elsie Fogel Wetzel.
He and his wife, the former *****, were married for 45 years.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, ****, **** and ****, all at home; a brother, ***** of Saylorsburg; and two sisters, Arlene Rice of Hanover Township and **** of Nazareth. A brother, Homer Jr., died in 2000.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Schmidt Funeral Home, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth. Call from 10 a.m. Tuesday to time of services in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township. |
