Lester H. Weaver
Lester H. Weaver, 73, of 2235 S. Delaware Road in Raubsville, PA., died Monday in the Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Palmer Township, PA.

He was last employed as a supervisor in the shipping and receiving department of James River Corp. in Forks Township, PA retiring in 1972.

Born in Raubsville, he was a son of the late John and Mary McPeek Weaver.

He was a member and Sunday school teacher at the former Raubsville Methodist church, where he attained 59 years of perfect attendance. He was a member and past master of Prosperity Lodge 567, F&AM, in Riegelsville, PA.

He also was a member of Easton Forest 25, Tall Cedars of Lebanon; the High 12 and the Century Club, both of Easton; Chapter Council and Commandery of Easton; Lehigh Consistory of Allentown, Rajah Temple of Reading, PA; Williams Township PA. Fire Co.; Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society; Lions Club of Williams Township and the American Association of Retired Persons.

He is survived by a brother Lawrence M. of Holmes Beach, Fla.; and a sister, Evelyn I. Bare of Raubsville.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Raubsville Cemetery. Arrangements are being made by the Robert W. Snyder Funeral Home in Riegelsville.
