Miss Carrie H. Walter
Miss Carrie H. Walter, of 130 McCartney street, daughter of the
late John T. and Fannie Hagenbuch Walter, died at 6 o'clock this
morning at her home after an illness of four weeks.
Miss Walter was born at Walter's Mill, Forks Townshp, but had lived
in Easton for the past 30 years. She was educated in the public schools
and at the Easton Academy.
For many years she taught at the Easton School fo Business and Churchman
Business College and or the past 18 years had been employed in the
office of Paul M. Thomas, & Co., Easton Trust building.
She was a member of the Geroge Taylor Chapter, Daughters of the
American Revolution and St. John's Lutheran Church.
Her only survivors are a brother, G. Frank Walter of East Orange,
N.J. and a nephew, George Walter, of Ardmore, Pa.
