Miss Edna M. Uhler
Miss Edna M. Uhler, sister of Dr. O.H. Uhler, dentist at 28 North Ninth street, Allentown, with whom she made her home, died Friday in Glen dale Hospital, Los Angeles, California, from complications according to a message received by her brother on Saturday. Miss Uhler was a patent at the hospital since October 21, last and was in critical condition for the past two months. She had been a resident of Allentown for the last twelve years and has a large circle of finds there and in Easton, where she resided prior to her going to Allentown. A little more than two years ago Miss Uhler began a tour of the South and Florida, later going to Los Angeles where she has since been staying.
Miss Uhler was a native of Forks Township, Northampton County, a daughter of the late Richard and Sarah Ann Schoch Uhler. She spent the early years of her life in the vicinity of her home, later removing to Easton, where she resided up to the time she went to Allentown. She retained her membership in Forks Lutheran Church, Forks Township, Northampton County.
There remain two brothers, Dr. O. H. Uhler, Allentown, with whom she resided, and Madison V. Uhler of Nazareth.
The late Irvin S. Uhler, an Easton attorney, was a brother of deceased
