Mrs. Anna M. Kleckner
Mrs. Anna M. Kleckner, 81, of 924 West Berwick Street, widow
of Charles Kleckner, died early this morning at the Allentown
State Hospital where she had been a patient for the past three
weeks. She had been ill for a month and suffered from infirmities
of old age.
Mrs. Kleckner was born on the South Side and was a daughter
of the late James H. and Catharine Stocker. All her life was
spent on the South Side and she was a member of St. Paul's
Lutheran Church, Berwick Street.
Mrs. Kleckner, is survived by one son, James E. Kleckner,
of St. Louis Mo. and by four grandchildren, Howard E. Kleckner,
924 West Berwick street; Katharine, wife of Dr. H.F. Miller,
St. Louis, MO.; Miss Margaret Kleckner and Arthur Kleckner,
St. Louis, and by one great-grandchild. She also leaves one
brother, Monroe Stocker, Easton, and a sister, Mrs. Louise
O'Brien, of Wilmington, Del.
She has been listed as Amanda and Amelia in Census record.
In 1910 she is living with her mother Catharine Stocker (Head
of House hold), Amelia Kleckner - Daughter (49), Howard Kleckner
grand-son (12) , Louise O’Brien - Daughter (Widowed)
