Snyder, John L.
John Leon Snyder, 58, of Easton, Pa, passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at his home.
Born: On June 12, 1950 in Wilson Borough, Pa, he was a son of the late James L. and Betty Pauline Jacoby Snyder.
Personal: He was last employed in retail management. Previously, he worked for Victaulic for 18 years. John graduated from Wilson High School in 1968. He enjoyed needlepoint, ceramics, painting, and making model cars.
Memberships: John was an Eagle Scout. Years ago, he was active in scouting and was a Cub Scout leader at Memorial United Church of Christ, Wilson Borough.
Survivors: He is survived by two daughters, ***** and her husband, **** of Tatamy, Pa, and ****of Trevose, Pa; a brother, ***** of Wilson Borough; a sister, ***** of Easton, Pa; a granddaughter, *****; two nephews, and one niece.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Monday at 5 p.m. in Forks United Church of Christ, 4500 Sullivan Trail, Stockertown, Pa. Arrangements are by the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., Easton.
