Frank B. Schuler
Funeral services for Frank B. Schuler, 52, of 160 Moyers Lane, Williams Township, who died yesterday at Easton hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Strunk Funeral Home, Easton.
Mr. Schuler, who had been ill since June 29, had been a machinist at Ingersoll-Rand Co. for 32 years.
He was the son of Matthias Schuler, Easton R.D. 4, and the late Emma Buttner Schuler.
He was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, the Citizens Hose Co., Dallas Lodge No. 396, Forest 35 of the Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Pioneer Athletic Association, Safety First Volunteer Co. of West Easton, and the Williams Township Sportsmen’s Association.
Mr. Schuler served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
He was the institutional representative for the Boy Scout Troop of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in 1970 and belonged to the Order of the Arrow of the Boy Scouts.
Survivors include his widow, the former Charlotte J. Raub; a son, Robert Frank, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Cantrell, Whiteman Air Force Base; Missouri; a brother, John, Easton R.D. 4; two half-brothers, Matthias Jr., Wilson and Michael, Easton; three half-sisters, Mrs. Edward Laffey, Salem, N.J.; Mrs. Loyd Best, Easton R.D. 4, and Mrs. Eleanor Ackerman, Wilson, and one granddaughter.
Interment will be at the Northampton Memorial Shrine. |
