Clayton D. Schleicher, 70, of 211 Mauch Chunk St., Nazareth retired Bethlehem Steel Corp. Employee, died of a heart attack yesterday at his home.

Mr. Schleicher was employed as a machinist in Machine Shop 6 at Bethlehem Steel 40 years retiring in 1957.

Born in Lower Nazareth Township, he was a son of the late William and Savilla Unangst Schleicher.

He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, and the POS of A, both of Nazareth.

Survivors include his widow, the former Pearl Marsh; two daughters, Margorie and Betty both at home and a brother, Charles, Allentown.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bartholomew Funeral Home, Nazareth.
