John R. Plummer, 38, of 487 Williams St., Easton, died Monday
in Easton Hospital. He was in ill health for several months.
He was assistant manager of quality control in the rock drill
division of Ingersoll-Rand Co., Phillipsburg, where he had
worked 20 years.
Born June 1, 1943, in Easton, he was a son of Sarah L. Altemus
Plummer, Easton, and the late William H. Plummer.
Mr. Plummer was a 1961 graduate of Easton High School, a member
of Citizens Hose Co., Easton, and the Easton Fish and Game
Association.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, the former
Gladys M. Sandt; two sons, **** and Stephen L., and
a daughter, *****., all at home; three brothers, ***** of Kingston,
Tenn.; *****. of Phillipsburg, and *****. of Penn Argyl,
and a sister, *****, Somerset, N.J.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Strunk Funeral
Home, Easton. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine,
Palmer Township. |
