Mrs. Charles Morrison
Mrs. Sylvia Nolf Morrison, 84, of 826 Porter St., died yesterday
in Easton Hospital where she was a patient for two weeks.
She was born Nov. 30, 1887, in Williams Township, a daughter
of the late S. oscar and Ann Coken Moyer.
Her first husband, Chester A. Nolf, died in1939, and her second,
Charles Morrison, in 1951.
She was a ember of Calvary Methodist Church, the South Side
Auxiliary of Easton Hospital, and past president of the Ladies’ Independent
order of Reindeer. At one time she worked at Chipman Knitting
Mill.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Julia Nolf Cohen, who resided
with her mother; a nice and four nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Strunk Funeral Home.
Interment will be in South Easton Cemetery. |
