Carl R. Miksch, 60, of 72 George Ave., Nazareth, died Sunday in St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Charmaine F. (Meyers) Miksch. They observed their 38th wedding anniversary in April.
Miksch was a supervisor for the C.F. Martin and Co., Nazareth, before retiring this year after 40 years' service.
Born at Nazareth R.1, he was a son of the late Charles F. and Virginia M. (Marsh) Miksch.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Nazareth.
He was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater.
Surviving with his widow are two sons, *****., at home, and ****. of Nazareth; a daughter, ***** of Nazareth; two brothers, **** of Blairstown, N.J., and Richard of Moorestown; three sisters, ****** of Nazareth,***** of Walnutport, and ****** of Belfast, and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Bartholomew-Schisler Funeral Home, 211 E. Center St., Nazareth. Calling hours will be 7- 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. |
