Mrs. Margaret K. Meyers, 73, formerly of Bethlehem R.3, died Friday in the Zohlman
Nursing Home, Richlandtown. She was the widow of Harrison R. Meyers.
She was a registered nurse at St. Luke's Hospital for 40 years
until retiring in 1970.
Born in Belfast, she was a daughter of the late Howard and
Sarah (Young) Knecht.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Erma Y. Rumsey of Nazareth
and Mrs. Hilda Garrison of Wind Gap, and a brother, Russell
R. of Wilkes- Barre.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Wallace M. Long
Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. A calling hour will
precede the services. |
