Donald E. Kindt, 74, of Palmer Township died Thursday
in Muhlenberg Hospital Center. He was the husband of
Marie (Ehret) Kindt.
He was a bookkeeper and cemetery superintendent for St.
Bernard's Catholic Church, Easton, before retiring in 1990.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Raymond V. and
Miriam (Unangst) Kindt.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors: Wife; daughters, Joan Hoffman of Bethlehem and
Carolyn Jefferson of Tewksbury, Mass.; sisters, Eva Starr
of Nazareth and Erma Kressler of Easton; brother, Raymond
C. of Whitehouse Station, N.J.; six grandchildren and four
great-grandchildren.
Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Alfonso D. Morello Funeral Home,
12th and Lehigh streets, Easton. Call noon to 1 p.m. Saturday.
