Steward W. Kiefer 50, Nazareth Garage Owner
Steward W. Kiefer, 50, of Nazareth, operator of Kiefer's Garage, Centre Square, Nazareth for the last 16 years, died suddenly last night at his home.
He was born April 2, 1896 in Bushkill Township, a son of Augustus and Eva Rice Kiefer. He was a member of Nazareth Moravian Church.
In addition to his parents he is survived by three brothers, Walter and Elwood, both of Charleston, W. Va., and Paul, of Nazareth R.D. 3; three sisters, Mrs. Caroline Kulp, of Allentown; Mrs. Charles Lloyd, of Nazareth R.D. 3, and Mrs. Janet Fehr of Nazareth.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Bartholomew funeral home, Nazareth, with the Re. Robert I Giering, pastor of Nazareth Moravian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Moravian cemetery, Nazareth. |
