Mrs. Joseph F. Heil
Mrs. Margaret E. Heil, 64, of 369 Prospect St., Phillipsburg, died today in Warren Hospital. She was in ill health several years.
Mrs. Heil, wife of Joseph F. Heil, lived in Phillipsburg 24 years. She was a life-long resident of the Easton-Phillipsburg area. Born Sept 29, 1902, in Easton, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Lizzie Rath Kieffer.
She worked several years at the Chipman Knitting mills and later was employed five years by the Dixie Cup Co., retiring 10 years ago.
She was a member of Wesley Methodist Church, Phillipsburg, and the Auxiliary of Lt. Elbert Curtis Baker Post 1290, VFW.
Survivors include three daughters, ****, Phillipsburg; *****, Kirland, Washington, and Miss Margaret Ann Heil, at home; three brothers, the Rev. Robert E. Kiefer, Philadelphia, and William B. and Raymond Kiefer, both of Baraboo, Wis.; three sisters, Mrs. Jacob Roberts and Mrs. Christian Richenbach, both of Easton, and Miss Frances Kiefer, Baltimore, Md., and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ashton Funeral Home, Easton. |
