Frank A. Kiefer 69, Stricken at Work
Frank A Kiefer, 69, of 343 West Berwick Street South Side, died suddenly yesterday at about 3:20 p.m. while at work in the cylinder department of the Taylor-Wharton Co. paint in Easton. Dr. D.F. Bachman, Northampton county coroner, who investigate, said death was due to a heart attack.
Mr. Kiefer, who was a native of Williams Township, had been with the Taylor-Wharton firm for the last 26 years. He was the son of the late Samuel and Mary Hahn Kiefer, and had resided in Easton all his life.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran church, Williams Township; Washington Camp, P.O.S. Of A.; the Jacksonian Democratic Club, and the I.O.O.F., all of Easton.
Surviving are his wife the former Rosa Moser; a son, Robert Kiefer, George and Robert Kiefer, and sister, Mrs. Marie Helm, of Easton, R.D. 4. |
