Claude M. Kelchner
Claude M. Kelchner, 56, Nazareth R.D. 3 died unexpectedly last night at his home.
R. J. Bartholomew, Northampton County deputy coroner, said death was caused by a coronary occlusion.
Mr. Kelchner was employed as a mechanic by T.F. Leh Inc., Nazareth, for the last 16 years.
Born Dec, 3, 1907, in Bethlehem Township, he was a son of the late Elwood and Sadie Zellner Kelchner.
He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Nazareth.
Survivors include his widow, the former Alice Yeakel; three sons, ******, West Bengal, India; *****, Nazareth, and ******, at home; five daughters, *****, wife of *****, Nazareth; *****, at home; ******, wife of ******, Easton R.D.2, and ***** and *****, both at home; two brothers, Roy B., Butztown, and Raymond S., Easton; five sisters, Mrs. Blanche Woodring, Nazareth; Mrs. William Rohn, Sr., Bethlehem R.D. 1; Mrs. Russell Kresge, Nazareth; Mrs. Harlan Young, Easton R. D. 2 and Mrs. Kenneth Reagle, State College, and six grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are being made by the Bartholomew Funeral Home, Nazareth.
