Stewart E. Gruver
Stewart E. Gruver, 57 years old of 1514 Washington Street,
died at 8:35 o'clock last night in Easton Hospital. He was
admitted on Nov. 28 for medical treatment. For two years he
had been in failing health.
Mr. Gruver was born in Raubsville, a son of the late Reuben
and Sarah Snyder Gruver, and lived in Wilson Borough for 37
years. He was recently in the employ of the State Highway Department.
His widow, Mrs. Gertrude Warner Gruver, survives im with two
daughters, Mrs. James H. Herb and Miss Anna Gruver, both of
Easton. He also leaves a sister, Mrs. George Uhler, of Wilson,
and three grandchildren.
He was a member of the Reformed Congreation of the Farmersville
Church and of Camp 543 P.O.S. of A., Wilson
