Ethyl E. Herb
Wilson Borough, Pa. Ethyl E. Herb, 85, af Antonian Towers in
Wilson Borough, forermly of easton and Telford, died Thursday
in Leader Nuring and Rehabilitation Center in Palmer Township.
She was a clerk in various department stores in Easton, including
the former Bush and Bull, Orr's, Lee Socks and Adams, before
retiring in 1969.
Born March 13, 1907, in Easton, she was a daughter of the
late Stewart E. and Gertrude I. Warner Gruver.
She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Telford.
She was a member of the Auxiliary of Local 169, United Amalgamated
Motor Coach and Trolley Operators.
Her husband, James H. Herb Sr., died in 1984.
Survivors include a son,
two daughters, a stepdaughter,
20 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great
grandchildren.
Services wil be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Ashton Funeral
Home in Easton. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine
in Palmer Township. Call 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
