Alvin Edelman Dies in Dr. Betts' Hospital
Alvin J. Edelman, of 1902 Butler Street, died at Dr. Betts' Hospital
at 2:20 o'clock this morning from a complication of ailments following
an illness of a week. He was 72 years of age. Mr. Edelman is survived
by his widow; four Daughters, Mrs. John F. Raub, of Easton and Mrs.
Frank L. Seas, Mrs. Frank Grey and Mrs. Edward J. Nagle, of Wilson;
two sisters, Mrs. Anna Odenwelder, of Wilson, and Mrs. Rosa Bender,
of Butztown; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Deceased
was born in Palmer township and had resided in this section all his
life. For many years he was employed at the West Easton plant of the
Ingersoll-Rand Company. Mr. Edelman was a faithful member of Memorial
Reformed church. |
