Durns Jr., 70, of 110 Union St., Catasauqua, died Thursday, Feb. 19, in Gracedale, Upper Nazareth Township. He was the husband of the late *****. He was a heavy equipment operator at Bean Inc., Easton, for more than 40 years until retiring in 1987. He was a son of the late Wilmer G. Sr. and Ruth (Paulus) Durns. He was a member of the Catasauqua Moose Lodge. Survivors: Daughter, and son, sisters, Betty Labenberg, with whom he resided, Polly Roe of Raubsville and Sarah Fogel of Allentown, and three grandchildren. Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and Northampton streets, Easton. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Monday.
