Mrs. Harry Ried
Mrs. Mame Ried, 73, of 5 North Mulberry Street, died at 11 o'clock this morning in Easton Hospital where she had been a patient since Saturday. Her health had been failing for the last six months.

Mrs. Ried, the widow of Harry Ried, was born in Williams Township, a daughter of the late Samuel and Louisa Koken. She was a lifelong resident of the Easton Area. Her husband died in1930.

Until three weeks ago, she worked at Dixie Cup Company. In former years she was employed by the Shapiro and Son Curtain Corp., and later by Magnetic Windings. She at one time was a member of First Evangelical Reformed Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John C. Eckert of Easton R.D. 1; two grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Nettie Levers, of Easton.
