Norman Ralph Cawley, 53, of 67 Race St., Jim Thorpe, died Sunday
in his home. The Carbon County coroner's office said a ruling
on the death is pending.
Cawley was the husband of Lois E. (Kerschner) Hettler Cawley.
They were married 10 years.
He was a general handyman in the Lehighton area for about
20 years.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Charles and
Eva (Adams) Cawley.
He was a member of Bethany Evangelical Church, Lehighton.
Survivors: Wife; sisters, **** and *****, residences unknown,
and Pauline in West Virginia; brothers, **** of Hellertown,
Leon in Delaware and Elwood in Wisconsin; stepson, ****of Franklin
Township; stepdaughters, *****, wife of **** of
Slatington, *****, wife of ****** of Lehighton, and
******, wife of ***** of Parryville; 11 step-grandchildren
and five step-great-grandchildren.
