Elwood C. Cawley Sr., 72, of Wyandotte, Mich., formerly of
Hellertown, died Saturday at home.
He worked at Great Lakes Steel Mill, Wyandotte, before retiring.
Born in Hellertown, he was a son of the late Charles and Eva
(Adams) Cawley.
Survivors: Daughter, Patti Stark, with whom he resided; sons,
Elwood Jr. and Keith, both of Wyandotte; brothers, Leon in
Delaware and Howard of Hellertown; sisters, Ethel Perez and
Dolores Walton, both in Delaware, and Pauline Stull in Maryland,
and 12 grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Lester.
Services: 10 a.m. today, Nixon Funeral Home, 2544 Biddle Ave.,
