Clarence G. Branch
Clarence G. Branch, 46, of 608 William Street, Pen Argyl,
died in Easton Hospital last night. He had been employed
by Parsons Brothers Slate Co. for 10 years. He was born in
Pen Argyl Nov 12, 1901, and was a member of Pen Argyl Fire
Company, and of the Four-County Firemen's Association.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha Houser Branch; two
sons, George, Pen Argyl, and Harry in Indian, and a daughter,
Kay, Pen Argyl; his mother, Mrs. Carrie Branch, a brother,
Donald, both of Pen Argyl, and a sister, Mrs. L. W .Horn,
East Stroudsburg, and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Pullis
funeral home, Pen Argyl, with the Rev. E. E. Messersmith,
pastor of Bethany Evangelical Church, officiating. Interment
will be in Fairview cemetery, Pen Argyl.
