H.C. Benjamin, Contractor And Builder In Palmer
Harry C. Benjamin 49, of Woodlawn Ave. Parkwood, Palmer Township
a contractor and builder, died unexpectedly of a heart attack
at midnight Saturday at Silver Lake, NJ where he was vacationing.
Dorn Dec 9, 1904, in Raubsville, Mr. Benjamin was the son
of the late Edgar and Anna Yost Benjamin. He had lived in Palmer
Township for the last 25 years and was a contractor and builder
for about 30 years.
Mr. Benjamin was a member of the Lutheran Church in Raubsville
and Dallas Lodge 396, F&AM, in Easton.
Surviving are his widow, the former Meta McAfee; two sons
Harry J, of Palmer Township, and John T., serving with the
U.S. Army in Austria; and a stepfather, William Rickert, of
Raubsville.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ashton
Funeral Home, Easton. |
