William H. Koch, 63, Barber in Nazareth
William H. Koch, 63, a barber in Nazareth for more than 40 years, died
of a heart attack today at 4 a.m. at his home in the Leader Apartments,
Belvidere and Main streets Nazareth.
Mr. Koch was born Jan 7, 1888 in Lower Nazareth Township, a son of
the late William and Mary Frankenfield Koch. He was a member of St.
John's Evangelical Reformed Church, Nazareth.
Surviving are his wife, Ethel Mengel Koch; a son,
two daughters, a brother, Clinton, of Nazareth, and four sisters,
Mrs. Stella Miller, Miss Lizzie Koch, Mrs. Louis Haldeman and Mrs.
Howard Lichtenwalner, all of Nazareth and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m in the Bartholomew
Funeral home, Nazareth. The Rev. Walter H. Diehl, D.D., past of St.
John's Reformed Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Hope cemetery,
Hecktown.
