Charmaine Hutchison Laneri
LANERI, Charmaine Hutchison Charmaine Hutchison Laneri, 78, of Clearwater, FL, passed away peacefully on Thursday (May 22, 2008).
She was born on July 5, 1929 in Bath, PA.
She graduated from Nazareth, PA, High School in 1947. She moved to Connecticut in the 1950's. She worked as an accountant at the Manchester Board of Education and at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. She retired in 1987 and moved from Glastonbury to East Lake Woodlands in Oldsmar, FL. She was very creative in many ways such as ceramics, Chinese brush and oil painting, knitting, crocheting, and quilting. In 1997, she moved to On Top of the World in Clearwater, FL.
She also became a member of Faith United Church of Christ. The church was a very important spiritual and social part of her life. It was her Florida family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred, in 1993.
Charmaine is survived by her loving family. She had one daughter, ***** who lived with her at Top of the World. She had a stepson and daughter-in-law, ***** and ****** of Ellington. She is also survived by two adorable grandchildren ***** and ***** Laneri. She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, ***** and ***** Hutchison of Northampton, PA and their two children, ***** and ***** Hutchison; five grandchildren and two sister-in-laws, ****** of Manchester and ******of Glastonbury.
Charmaine's loving spirit, selfless attitude, and wonderful sense of humor will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held on her birthday, July 5, at Faith United Church of Christ.
Her internment will be at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, FL
