A Fireman Killed
Newton Buzzard Had His Head crushed While Leaning Out of the Cab Window
Newton Buzzard, a fireman on the Bangor & Portland Railroad, was killed this (Friday) morning between Flicksville and Bangor junction, by having his head crushed. The accident is supposed to have occurred while he was leaning out of the cab window by his head coming in contact with a car on a siding.
His body was found on the Locomotive, Buzzard was about 37 years old and leaves a widow and two children at Bangor. |
