Charles A. Buzzard
Charles A. Buzzard, 59 years old, of 603 North Eight Street, Allentown, formerly of Bangor, died yesterday in the Allentown Hospital after an illness of four weeks.
He was born at Bangor, a son of the late Dr. John and Mary Miller Buzzard. For many years he was in the employ of the former Hersh hardware firm at Allentown and then conducted a restaurant on South Eighth Street, that city.
He was a member of the Evangelical Congregational Church, Bangor, and also the Knight of the Golden Eagle, of Allentown, His widow, Mrs. Carrie Miller Buzzard, survives him and also one brother, Rossiter Buzzard, of Milford, N.J.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Bachman Funeral Home, Allentown, and interment will be made in the Grandview Cemetery. |
