Asher Young Asher Young, 58 years old, formerly of Wilson Borough, died suddenly yesterday at his home in Kingston, of a heart attack. He was a son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Owen A. Young, of Wilson Borough, & lived on North 17th Street up to 33 years ago, when the family moved to Kingston.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elsie (King) Young; 2 sons, Asher Young Jr., a staff sergeant in U.S. Marines, & Floyd Young. an air cadet, located at Springfield, Mass.; & 2 daughters, Mrs. Homer German, of Kingston, & *****, at home. He also leaves 5 brothers & 5 sisters: Lyman A., of Stockertown; Stewart F., of Tatamy; Harvey W., of Allentown; Frank, of Palmer Township; Robert O., of Easton; Mrs. Wesley Hinkel; Mrs. Mildred Schwab; Miss Mabel A. Young, all of Easton; Mrs. Thomas Kessler, of Palmer Township; & Mrs. Fred Stuber, of Phillipsburg.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, with interment in Wilkes-Barre. |
