HARRY WIEDER
FINESVILLE -- Harry W. Wieder, died Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2008, in his home. He was 91.
Born Sept. 7, 1916 in his family home in Finesville, he was a son of Harry and Lydia Lowe Wieder.
He had been a self-employed carpenter, retiring in 1969. He was also employed by the Holland Township School as a custodian for 12 years, retiring in 1981.
He was a 1936 graduate of Phillipsburg High School. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
He attended the Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Finesville and he enjoyed gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, the former Dorothy Beatty; a stepson, **** and his wife, ***, of Grant, Mich.; grandchildren **** and *****; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held Saturday at the Robert W. Snyder Funeral Home, Riegelsville, Pa. Interment was held in the Riegelsville Union Cemetery. |
