Stanley R. Wickkiser, 78, of Palmer Township, died Thursday,
June 22, in Easton Hospital. He was the husband of June (Frey)
Wickkiser. They were married for 58 years on June 20.
He worked in the Pattern Shop for Ingersoll Rand Company,
Phillipsburg, retiring after more than 45 years.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Stanley and Margaret
(Helms) Wickkiser.
He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Easton.
He was a Coast Guard veteran, serving during World War II.
He was a life member of the Order of Fleas, Easton, a member
of Wilson Borough Republican Club, Palmer Township Fire Company,
Steel City Rod and Gun Club and the Four County Fireman's Association.
He was a fireman years ago in the Palmer Volunteer Fire Company.
Survivors: Wife, son, *****. of Danielsville; three grandchildren
and six great-grandchildren.
Services: 1 p.m. Monday, Strunk Funeral Home, 2101 Northampton
St., Wilson Borough. Call noon-1 p.m. Monday, in the funeral
