Reuben G. .Walters
After a long illness, Reuben G. Walters died last night at his home on Sixth Street, West Easton, of a complication of ailments, in the 72nd year of his age. He was a blaster by occupation of retired several years ago.
Mr. Walters is survived by his wife, for children –Mrs. Malcolm M McClay, Mrs. Frank Shull a, Harry R. Walters and Mrs. George Kay, all of Easton; a brother, Edward Walters, of Palmer township, and a sister, Mrs. Susan Walters, of New Brunswick, New Jersey. He was a member of west end council, number 280, fraternal patriotic Americans, and the Lutheran congregation of Arndt’s church.
The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 from his late home and interment will be made in the Easton Heights cemetery.
