Robert R. Unangst, 69, of Berks Heim, Bernville, Berks County, formerly of Lenhartsville R.1 and Bethlehem, died Saturday in Reading Hospital, West Reading.
He was a sexton at Christ Lutheran Church, Allentown, for 10 years, retiring in 1978.
Born in Hanover Township, he was a son of the late George W. and Mary Ellen (Frasyr) Unangst.
Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Claire Bartholomew, with whom he formerly resided, Mrs. Kathryn Blush, in California, Ruth, wife of Harry Shiffer of Kresgeville, and Mrs. Arlene Hower of Orefield R.1, and a brother Lester of Ukiah, Calif.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Kulik Funeral Home, 426 Hanover Ave., Allentown. Calling hours will be 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday. |
