Oscar G. Unangst Retired Farmer
Oscar Godfrey Unangst, 86, a retired farmer, died yesterday at the home of his son, Henry Unangst, of Belvidere R.D.1, after an illness of several months.
Born in Newark N.J. Mr. Unangst had spent the greater part of his life in Warren County, living for many years in the vicinity of Stewartsville. He was a member of First Lutheran Church, Stewartsville.
Surviving, besides his son, are four daughters, Mrs. William Hardin and Mrs. Robert Burns, both of Phillipsburg, Mrs. Willard Troxell, of Stewartsville, and Mrs. Leona Walters, of Easton; one other son, Joseph C. Unangst, of Stewartsville; 19 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Shillinger funeral home. The Rev. Paul W. Hartline, pastor of First Lutheran Church, will officiate. |
