Jackson R. Uhler
Jackson R. Uhler, 69, formerly of Forks Township, died last
night at his home, 1461 Lawrence Road, Trenton.
Born in Forks Township, son of the late John and Laura Uhler,
he lived in Trenton for the last 45 years. His widow is Kathryn
Troxell Uhler, formerly of Allentown.
Mr. Uhler retired 11 years ago from his position as an asphalt
plant inspector for the New Jersey State Highway Department
where he had been employed 34 years.
A veteran of World War I, he was a member of Trenton Post
93, American Legion; the Ashler Lodge 76, F&AM; the Cornell
Club, Trenton, and the Forks Lutheran church, forks Township.
There are no other survivors.
Funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday from the
J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, Pa. Interment
will be in the Forks Church Cemetery
