Charles S. Snook, 76, of 4740 Bayard St., Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, PA, died Thursday in his home. He was the husband of the late Elsie M. (Galle) Snook.

He was a core maker at the Bethlehem Corp. (formerly Treadwell Engineering Co.), Palmer Township, for 42 years, retiring in 1977. He also worked at the former Raub's Mobile Station, Easton.

Born in Stewartsville, N.J., he was a son of the late Hiram and Anna (Beam) Snook.

He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Easton.

Survivors: Sons, daughters, 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Shillinger Funeral Home, 801 Lehigh St., Easton. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
