MRS. CAROLYN A. LaBAR
Mrs. Carolyn A. LaBar, 43, of 906 N. Broadway, Wind Gap, died yesterday in Easton Hospital where she was admitted Wednesday.
Mrs. LaBar was employed by the Buffalo Knitting Mills, Pen Argyl.
Born in Bangor, she was a daughter of John Shook and the late Mrs. Lucy Teel Shook, Flicksville.
She was a member of the Flicksville United Church of Christ, the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, and a social member of the Wind Gap American Legion Post.
Surviving, in addition to her father, are a son, ***, at home; her stepmother, Mrs. Hilda Shook, Flicksville; a brother, and a step-sister, Mrs. Linda Mitchell, Boonville, MO.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hough Home for Funerals, Bangor. Interment will be in Flicksville Cemetery. |
