Frank L. Shay Jr., 16
Frank L. Shay Jr., 16, so of Frank L. Sahy and Catherine E. Seip, Shay, of 133 North Fourth Street died early this morning at hishome after an ilness of five years.

The youth was born Aug. 19, 1935, in Belvidere and formerly lived iwth his parents in Phillipsburg, where he attended the Howell School. He was a member of the Sunday School of St. John's Lutheran Church, here.

His only immediate survivors are his parents.
